The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R comes in two new color options: Metallic Flat Spark Black/Ebony and Lime Green/Ebony/Pearl Blizzard White for the KRT edition. Like the ZX-10RR, the ZX-10R features only aesthetic changes and has slightly less power and torque, with 3 bhp and 3 Nm less than the ZX-10RR.

The Ninja ZX-10RR is a more track-focused version of the ZX-10R, closely resembling the WorldSBK race bike in a road-legal form. It includes lighter components, stiffer valve springs, a high-lift camshaft, and forged Marchesini wheels with Pirelli Supercorsa SP tires.

The ZX-10RR is powered by a 998 cc inline four-cylinder engine, producing 200 bhp at 13,200 rpm, which can increase to 210 bhp with RAM Air. It delivers 111 Nm of peak torque at 11,400 rpm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a bi-directional quickshifter. The ZX-10RR is equipped with numerous electronic aids, such as an electronic Öhlins steering damper, launch control, electronic cruise control, traction control, and engine brake control. It also offers multiple power modes, a cornering management function, and an IMU-enhanced chassis orientation awareness system.
