Assault Case Filed Against GOAT Actor Parvati Nair By Domestic Worker
A case has been registered against Tamil actor Parvati Nair for allegedly assaulting her former domestic helper, Subhash Chandra Bose. The actor, who was recently seen in the film The Greatest of All Time or GOAT alongside Thalapathy Vijay, has been booked under sections 296(b), 115(2), and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) following a complaint by Subhash.
Allegations and Background
According to reports, Subhash initially worked at KJR Studios before being asked to perform household chores at Parvati Nair’s residence in 2022. During his employment, Subhash claims he was accused of theft by the actor after a laptop, watch, camera, and mobile phone allegedly went missing from her home. Although he was released by the police following the theft complaint, Subhash alleges that when he returned to work at KJR Studios, Parvati Nair confronted him at the studio and slapped him, accompanied by five others who verbally abused him.
Legal Proceedings
Subhash initially filed a complaint at the Teynampet Police Station in Chennai, but no action was taken. He then approached the Saidapet Magistrate Court, which ordered an FIR to be registered against Parvati Nair and others. The investigation is currently underway.

As of now, Parvati Nair has not released any statement regarding the allegations. Known for her roles in films such as Poppins, Story Kathe, Yennai Arindhaal, Uttama Villain, and Nimir, she also appeared in the Ranveer Singh-starrer 83.
