Coldplay Concert India: British band Coldplay has officially announced its concert tour in India and will come to Mumbai in January 2025. The tickets in India for the ‘Coldplay: Music Of The Spheres World Tour' recently went live and reportedly got sold out within a few minutes. The band was supposed to perform in Navi Mumbai for two days but has officially announced the third date due to the massive demand. The tickets are available on the BookMyShow app or website.

Announcing the third date of the India concert, Coldplay wrote, “Due to phenomenal demand, a third Mumbai date has been added at DY Patil Stadium for 21 January, 2025. Tickets on sale at 2PM IST today.”

The ticket price of a Coldplay concert in India ranges from Rs 2,500 to Rs 12,500. The users of BookMyShow reportedly faced problems while booking the tickets due to the heavy traffic. The concert will be held at Mumbai’s D.Y. Patil Sports Stadium. Apart from normal tickets, the band has also introduced Infinity Tickets for the price of Rs 2000 approximately. These tickets have to be purchased in pairs and the seating of these tickets will be revealed only on the concert day.

Coldplay was formed in 1997 and consists of four members Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman, and Will Champion. They are best known for their songs 'Yellow', 'Viva la Vida', 'Hymn Of The Weekend', 'Sparks' and 'My Universe' among others.

The band earlier performed in India in 2016 for the Global Citizen Festival. All the members also shot for their music video 'Hymn For The Weekend' in 2015 in Mumbai and featured many iconic places of the city.
