Kailash Kher Reveals Getting Separated From Wife After 2-3 Years Of Marriage: 'Log Taras Khaate Hai..'
Kailash Kher has ruled the Indian music industry and enjoys a massive fan following. Amid this fame and limelight, the singer has mostly remained tight-lipped about his personal life and family. The 'Teri Deewani' hitmaker recently appeared on Raj Shamani's YouTube channel and spoke about his wife and son for the first time.
Kailash Kher revealed that he got separated from his wife only after two or three years of marriage and also has a 14-year-old son named Kabir. The singer shared, "People feel pity after getting to know about my separation and say, 'I am sorry to hear this'. But I feel sorry for them as they are lonely even though they have everything. And despite being alone, I am connected to everything."
In an earlier interview with News18, the singer revealed how he got into the music industry and talked about his bond with AR Rahman.
He said, "When you don’t come with the intention to become something, whatever happens feels like a surprise. But at the same time, you are being molded. These are your formative moments, actually."
While speaking about his bond with AR Rahman and his family, he revealed, "Circumstances are shaping you, your image, and your future. More than just singing for a person, it’s about connecting with a person, mingling with their family, and becoming a part of that family. At that time, I was very close to Amma (AR Rahman’s mother) and the entire family. I was also very close to Reihana Aapa (AR Reihana aka AR Rahman’s sister)."
