Shah Rukh Khan Unintentionally Reveals Next Film Title, Confirms Collaboration With Suhana; Fans React

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan may have inadvertently revealed the title of his upcoming film. Fans of SRK, who last saw him in Dunki, have eagerly awaited his announcement of a new project. While Shah Rukh hinted at an ongoing project, he remained discreet about the specifics. Several reports have suggested that he is involved in a film titled King, featuring his daughter, actress Suhana Khan. Although SRK hasn’t officially confirmed this, his latest video seemingly validates the reports.

Shah Rukh Khan shared a video with Cannes to congratulate cinematographer Santosh Sivan on receiving the prestigious Pierre Angenieux Excel Lens award at Cannes Film Festival. While SRK’s message touched fans, many observed the script of King placed on the table beside him. The script displayed the film's title along with a few indistinct details. Soon, the video went viral as many anticipated another blockbuster in the making.

Shah Rukh Khan Gets Immense Love From Fans

"A fan remarked, 'King Khan himself is making the unofficial announcement for the much-awaited ‘King’ movie. Get ready for another blockbuster.' Another fan added, 'Thank you "K I N G" for this unofficial announcement.'"

Rumors have circulated for a few months about the making of 'King'. Reportedly, filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh is helming the project. Marflix Pictures, headed by Siddharth Anand (renowned for producing Fighter), has joined as one of the producers. Initially, Shah Rukh Khan was slated to feature in a significant cameo role. However, recent updates suggest that he will now assume a leading role alongside his daughter, Suhana Khan.

Previously, a report by Pinkvilla unveiled that "Siddharth Anand and Sujoy Ghosh have maintained constant communication with Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan, holding multiple meetings from October 2023 to February 2024. Sujoy is meticulously crafting the script in collaboration with Sid and SRK. The responsibility of designing world-class action sequences lies entirely on Siddharth."

A source discussing the film's plot remarked, "The action style in King will differ significantly from SRK's previous films like Pathaan and Jawan. This one will be sleek, featuring numerous chase sequences. However, the central storyline is emotionally driven and rich in narrative. It contains plenty of twists and turns, which is why Sujoy has been entrusted with the directing duties."
