Squid Game Season 2 Cast: 'Squid Game' is currently one of the most popular shows on Netflix and took the popularity of South Korean cinema to a new height. Netflix has finally unveiled the much-awaited teaser of 'Squid Game Season 2' and announced its release date as well. As most of the pivotal characters of the first season of 'Squid Game' were killed, several new faces will be seen in its second season.

Kang Ha-neul

Kang Ha-neul is one of the versatile actors in South Korea. He is best known for his roles in the kdramas 'The Heirs', 'Moon Lovers' and 'When The Camellia Blooms'. His popular movies include 'Midnight Runners', 'Dongju: The Portrait of a Poet' and 'Forgotten', among others.

Im Si-wan

Im Si-wan started his career as a Kpop idol in the group ZE:A but later ventured into acting. He rose to fame after starring in the kdrama 'Moon Embracing The Sun' and later starred in several hit shows including 'Misaeng: Incomplete Life', 'Run On' and 'Summer Strike'.

Park Gyu-young

Park Gyu-young is one of the rising stars in South Korean cinema and has established herself as a leading lady after doing several supporting roles. She first rose to fame after appearing in 'It's Okay To Not Be Okay' and later bagged the Netflix original series 'Sweet Home'. She was also seen in the lead role in another Netflix series 'Celebrity'.

Park Sung-hoon

Park Sung-hoon rose to international fame after starring in the Netflix series 'The Glory'. He later gained a huge fan following after starring in 'Queen Of Tears', which became the most-watched kdrama on Netflix in 2024.

Lee Jin-wook

Lee Jin-wook rose to global fame after starring in the Netflix original series 'Sweet Home' in the lead role. He will soon star in the upcoming kdrama 'Dear Hyeri’, opposite Shin Hye Sun.

Lee Jung Jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-jun, and Gong Yoo will reprise their roles from the previous season. ‘Squid Game Season 2’ will release on Netflix on December 26, 2024.
