Actor Rajinikanth has received a golden visa from the UAE Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The actor, who was in Abu Dhabi recentlythanked the government and Lulu Group Chairman and CEO MA Yusuff Ali for the honor and hospitality.

Business analyst Ramesh Bala shared a picture of Rajinikanth getting a visa on X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, "UAE Department of Culture and Tourism issues #GoldenVisa to #Superstar." Rajinikanth also shared a video with the press saying, "I am deeply proud to receive the prestigious UAE Golden Visa from the Abu Dhabi Government. My heartfelt thanks to the Abu Dhabi Government. and also to my good friend Yusuff Ali, CEO of Lulu. Group, to facilitate this visa and all the support."

Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT), Government of Abu Dhabi handed over the golden visa to Rajinikanth in the presence of Yusuff.

Rajinikanth In UAE

On Monday, Rajinikanth spent some quality time with his friend Yusuff and some top executives of Lulu Group. While in Abu Dhabi, he visited Yusuf's house and even drove around in his Rolls-Royce. In a video shared by an employee of the company, Rajinikanth looks happy as he drives to the residence in a fancy car where they chat. Many wondered why Rajinikanth met these business leaders and some wondered if it was about business. But with this Thursday's announcement, it is clear that he used Yusuf's help to get the visa.

After the release of October's "Vettaiyan," which also features Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, and Rana Daggubati, Rajinikanth has some exciting movies lined up. Following that, she will appear in Lokesh Kanagaraj's "Coolie." Although the teaser of the film received positive feedback, it encountered an issue related to the music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The producers received a legal notice from Ilaiyaraaja regarding the unauthorized use of one of his old songs.
