Mosalu is a pre-wedding ceremony in Gujarati culture, held a few days before the main wedding event.
In the Mosalu ceremony, the groom’s mother’s family, represented by Nita Ambani’s relatives—led by her mother, Smt. Purnima Dalal, and her sister, Ms. Mamta Dalal—visited to bless the couple with gifts and offerings.
On the other hand, the groom’s maternal uncles and family presented the bride and groom with a traditional gift set called 'Mameru.'
Mosalu and Mameru traditions exemplify the respect and involvement of the extended family in wedding celebrations, emphasizing the wedding's significance and providing an opportunity for family unity and joy.

The Ambani family hosted a Samuh Viva' (mass wedding) on July 2, marrying 20 underprivileged couples from Palghar in a grand ceremony. Each bride received gold and silver jewelry, including nose rings, mangal sutra, toe rings, anklets, and rings, along with a cheque of Rs. 1.01 lakh as 'streedhan'. The couples were also given appliances to set up their new homes.
Anant and Radhika's wedding festivities began with an intimate puja ceremony at the Ambani residence in Antilia on June 29, 2024.
