The Bruhat Udyoga Mela-Yuva Samriddhi Sammelana 2024 is expected to offer over 110,000 job opportunities from more than 600 well-known companies such as Foxconn, Toyota, Wistron, Infosys, Schindler India, HDFC Bank, Biocon, Mahindra Aerospace, Molex India, Maini Precision Products, and the TATA Group, according to official sources.

Sharan Prakash Patil, the Minister for Skill Development in Karnataka, highlighted that annually, approximately 9.3 lakh students complete their pre-university education, 62,437 students graduate from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), 48,153 students from polytechnic institutes, and around 4,80,000 students from other colleges. Despite these numbers, he noted that the unemployment rate stands at 2.4 percent according to the Periodic Labor Force Survey Q3-2024.
