Air India Express: Passenger Misbehaves On Dubai-Mangaluru Flight, Threatens To Jump

Siddharth Das, the security coordinator of Air India Express, lodged a complaint against a passenger from Kerala who was arrested for misconduct towards the crew during a flight from Dubai to Mangaluru. It is also alleged that the individual threatened to jump from the aircraft. Upon landing in Mangaluru, airport security apprehended the individual and subsequently turned them over to the police.

A senior police officer stated that the passenger's actions endangered others as he threatened to jump from the plane into the sea. The individual in question, identified as Muhammad BC from Kannur, Kerala, was traveling on an Air India Express flight from Dubai to Mangaluru on May 8. He allegedly misbehaved and caused a disturbance during the flight, inconveniencing the other passengers.

After catching him, the airport security team at Mangaluru handed him over to the Bajpe police station with a formal complaint for necessary legal action. Subsequently, the police registered a case against him at Bajpe police station under section 336 of the Indian Penal Code, leading to his arrest.
