Ghaziabad: How This Heroic Driver Saved 47 Lives After Suffering Heart Attack On Moving Bus

In Ghaziabad, a driver suffered a heart attack while driving a moving bus, however, he showed remarkable presence of mind and saved the lives of 47 passengers on board.

After sensing a pain in his chest, the driver immediately managed to pull the bus to the side and call for an ambulance. he is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Delhi.

The roadways bus which had the bus driver (34) and conductor on board, departed from Delhi around 10.30 pm on Monday. During midnight, after the vehicle reached the Bhojpur area, the driver experienced intense chest pain.

Doctors Diagnose Him With Severe Heart Attack

The doctors diagnosed a severe heart attack during the initial examinations and immediately referred him to the combined hospital. After assessing his condition, the driver was given medicine to be kept under the tongue. The emergency doctor at the combined hospital provided him with initial treatment and referred him again to a Delhi hospital.

All 47 Passengers Safely Shifted To Another Bus

According to the conductor, there were a total of 47 passengers on board. He informed that all passengers were shifted to another bus after the incident and sent to their destination on Tueday morning.

Doctors Proceeds With Mutual Decision

As per the reports, the conductor was asked to sign a consent form for administering an injection to the patient to ensure proper heart function. However, when he refused to sign, the doctors proceeded with mutual consent. Currently, his condition is stable.
