Haryana: Thief Steals Nearly Rs 2 Lakh From Rewari Shop, Investigation Underway

CCTV captured an unidentified man stealing money and valuables from a shop in Rewari in Haryana on Saturday.

The Rewari Police reported that an unidentified man broke into Bajrang Goyal's shop and stole nearly two lakh rupees and other valuable items.

The CCTV footage showed the accused entering the shop, stealing, and then leaving.

What did the Haryana Accused Say On The Matter

Bajrang Goyal said, "I closed my shop at around 4.30 pm and went to the market. When I returned, the cash box was broken and Rs 1.80 lakh in cash was missing. The CCTV footage showed one of the accused entering the shop."

After the incident, the police registered a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and began a probe to trace the accused.
