Criticism of Bihar’s Liquor Ban
Kishor also addressed the controversial liquor ban in Bihar, suggesting that the annual revenue loss of approximately Rs 20,000 crore could be redirected toward educational reform. He argued that lifting the liquor ban would allow the government to allocate funds toward education rather than infrastructure or security. Kishor stressed that education should be a top priority for the state’s future.
