In the video, partially dressed employees exit a shop in Kanpur with closed shutters. Without warning, three men arrive and assault one of the employees. Afterward, the two employees reappear on the street, one holding a wiper and the other a frying pan. But before the man with the wiper can fend off the crowd, they wrest it from him and beat him. In the midst of this commotion, the third staffer retreats into the shop with the frying pan and shuts the door.

Towards the conclusion, only one employee, seemingly the primary target, remains and sustains ongoing assault. At one instance, a member of the group is observed picking up a rock from the street and subsequently hurling it at the employee.

The video concludes with the liquor shop employee bleeding from his forehead.

According to available information, the group consisted of approximately twelve men.
