Keshav Prasad Maurya Rejects Akhilesh Yadav's 'Monsoon Offer'

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya rejected Akhilesh Yadav's proposal to gather 100 MLAs and establish a government. Maurya bluntly responded, "The public and workers will decisively reject the Monsoon Offer by 2027. It's a sinking ship and a party on its last legs, facing imminent peril in both present and future. He may dream, but reality won't align. In 2027, we will echo 2017's success and reinstall a BJP government."

Akhilesh Yadav tweeted recently, proposing to gather 100 MLAs to support Keshav Prasad Maurya in forming a government. This move comes as tensions escalate within the BJP ranks in Uttar Pradesh. Yadav aimed his remarks at leveraging the apparent rift between Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and his deputy, Maurya.

Keshav Dev Maurya, leader of Mahan Dal, criticized Keshav Prasad Maurya, accusing the BJP of promoting backward and Dalit leaders only if they submit to subservience. Earlier aligned with the BJP after splitting from the Samajwadi Party, Keshav Dev Maurya now seems to be warming up to Akhilesh Yadav.
