Today, on June 4, 2024, the Election Commission is scheduled to declare the counting of votes for the General Election to Lok Sabha 2024 and State Legislative Assemblies of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. Vote counting across 543 Lok Sabha constituencies will commence at 8:00 AM. People throughout India are anxiously awaiting the announcement of the 2024 Lok Sabha election results, which will profoundly influence the composition of the upcoming central government.

Today, the Lok Sabha results for 2024 are announced, providing voters with various methods to check constituency-wise outcomes. The official Election Commission website, results.eci.gov.in, will offer real-time updates for each constituency's results.

To access the Lok Sabha results:

1. Visit the Election Commission of India's official result website at results.eci.gov.in.
2. Locate the link for general election results.
3. Click on the respective state name.
4. View your constituency's results.
5. The leading and trailing candidates will be displayed.
6. Additionally, you can check the vote count for each candidate in your constituency.

The Election Commission stated that counting trends and results, based on data entered by Returning Officers/Assistant Returning Officers for Assembly Constituencies/Parliamentary Constituencies, will be accessible on the ECI Website and the Voter Helpline App for both iOS and Android devices. The Voter Helpline App is downloadable from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Users can utilize filters in the app to discover details about winning/leading or trailing candidates, as well as constituency-wise or state-wise results.

Simultaneously, Assembly elections in Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, and Andhra Pradesh were conducted alongside voting for the 543-member Lok Sabha. The extensive voting process, spanning seven phases, concluded on Saturday, June 1.

Lok Sabha elections were conducted in seven phases starting April 19, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi leading the BJP campaign. Exit polls on Saturday predicted that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance is on track for a hat-trick win in this year polls with a substantial majority. These polls also suggested that the ruling party at the Centre would enhance its performance in several states governed by other parties. Some exit polls even predicted that the BJP-led NDA could achieve the "400 paar" target set by BJP leaders during the campaign.
