Noida Police Files Chargesheet Against YouTuber Elvish Yadav And 7 Others

Elvish Yadav, the YouTuber, faced charges under multiple sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code. He was among six individuals named in a First Information Report (FIR) lodged at Noida's Sector 49 Police Station on November 3 last year.

Noida Police has submitted a 1,200-page chargesheet against YouTuber Elvish Yadav and 7 others, at the Surajpur court in the snake venom-at-rave case. The chargesheet includes statements from 24 witnesses. Furthermore, Noida Police is gathering information on cases registered nationwide, including those in Noida and Gurugram. Additionally, the chargesheet incorporates a report confirming the presence of snake venom from a laboratory in Jaipur.

Elvish Yadav was apprehended on March 17 on allegations of supplying snake venom at a suspected rave event in Noida. Subsequently, he was presented in court and remanded to 14-day judicial custody.

The Noida police confiscated 20 ml of snake venom from the accused during the investigation. Despite his arrest, Elvish Yadav was granted bail by a court in Noida in the drugs case just five days later.

The YouTuber was charged under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code. Elvish Yadav was one of six individuals mentioned in a First Information Report (FIR) filed at Noida's Sector 49 Police Station on November 3 last year.
