A tragic incident unfolded in Telangana's Sangareddy on Wednesday as a chemical factory reactor exploded, claiming the lives of at least four individuals and leaving numerous others potentially trapped.

Reports indicate that ten individuals have sustained third-degree burns in the explosion. In response to the emergency, five fire tenders have been dispatched to the scene in an effort to contain the situation.

Following the blast around 5 PM, ten individuals have reportedly sustained third-degree burns.

In response, five fire tenders swiftly rushed to the scene.

A senior police official informed news agency PTI, stating, "The reactor exploded at the pharma company, and people around it were thrown away in its impact... So far, four people have died... 10-15 people sustained injuries. They have been shifted to a hospital and are undergoing treatment.More details underway."

Meanwhile, on April 2, a fire broke out at a chemical plant located in an industrial area of Navi Mumbai, causing significant damage to two neighboring factories, as confirmed by a fire brigade official. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries from the incident, which occurred at a chemical unit within the MIDC premises in Pawne-Koparkhairne.

Upon receiving the alert, fire services from the MIDC and 14 fire engines from nearby fire stations in Koparkharine swiftly responded to the scene. They battled the blaze for approximately four hours. The official stated that efforts are underway to bring the fire under control, after which cooling operations will commence.
