Papaya is one of the most common fruits available on the market. Though it may come across as the common man’s fruit, yet it is beneficial in many ways than one. It is blessed with laxative properties ideal for people with constipation and bowel movement. Improper bowel movement can also affect the skin. Thus it is good in that way. That apart, papaya contains enzymes that can exfoliate and brighten the skin. Just ¼ cup of mashed ripe papaya applied on the face can work wonders.
