ICC T20 World Cup 2026 Qualifiers: One of the bizarre moments emerged in the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 qualifiers. In a match between Singapore and Mongolia, records were shattered.

Mongolia was bowled out for just 10 runs in 10 overs and in reply, Singapore chased down the target within 5 balls and won by 9 wickets.

Opting to bowl first, Singapore bowlers immediately took control and rattled Mongolia for only 10 runs.

Singapore's Harsha Bhardwaj achieved remarkable bowling figures of 6 wickets for giving just 3 runs in 4 overs. Harsha was supported by fellow bowlers Akshay Puri (2/4), Rahul Sheshadri (1/2), and Ramesh Kalimuthu (1/1).

In the second innings, Singapore lost its first wicket of the very first ball, but other batters led the chase and won the game for them comprehensively.

  • Singapore became the second team to successfully chase down the target inside one-over in T20I history. The previous team was Spain, who played against Isle of Man.
  • Singapore's Harsha Bhardwaj's figures of 6/3 in four overs are the second-best by any bowler in T20I history.
