Virat Kohli received the Player of the Match award for his crucial innings of 76 runs. Jasprit Bumrah, the leading fast bowler with 15 wickets in the tournament, was named Player of the Series.

This marks India's second T20 World Cup win. The 'Men in Blue' clinched their first title in the inaugural T20 World Cup in 2007, led by MS Dhoni.

Many well-known personalities, athletes, celebrities, and politicians, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, extended their congratulations to India for the achievement.
