Afghanistan's finest and star cricketer, Rashid Khan stole the show with his all-round show (51 runs & 6/49) and paved the way for his side to beat the Bangla Tigers on their turf. He also became the first player to take 10 wickets and score a fifty in a Test as a first-time skipper.

First Afghan Centurion In Test

In the same Test, Rahmat Shah became the first Afghan player to notch a century in Afghanistan's Test cricket history. Rahmat scored 102 runs off 187 balls, including 10 boundaries with a couple of sixes.

Interestingly, it was a redemption for the Afghanistan side as they were making a comeback after their horrific 2019 World Cup where they lost all matches.
