However, some players also participated online during this time. This included badminton star PV Sindhu and javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra. PM Modi had a special request for Neeraj Chopra, mentioning, "Your churma hasn't arrived yet." Neeraj replied, "I will bring the churma. Last time it was Haryana's churma with sugar... made of desi ghee and jaggery." Modi responded, "I want to eat the churma prepared by your mother."

Neeraj Chopra added, "Yes, Sir. I'm currently in Germany, and my training is going smoothly. I've been cautious with competitions due to frequent injuries. Recently, I competed in Finland and now, with just one month until the Olympics, I'm focused on fully recovering and giving my best in Paris."
