In pursuit of a daunting target of 557 runs, England's batting lineup collapsed dramatically, losing eight wickets in the final session and eventually being dismissed for 122 on day four in Rajkot.

Jadeja claimed the final wicket of Mark Wood for 33 runs, and his celebration included kissing the pitch, marking India's largest-ever win in terms of runs.

England struggled from the start, losing their openers, including first-innings centurion Ben Duckett, who was run out for four before tea. Jadeja further destabilized the middle order with his left-arm spin.
