The outcome of the Eliminator will largely hinge on how both teams adapt to the conditions, given their closely matched capabilities. Bengaluru has consistently been a high-scoring venue, whereas Delhi's pitch has shown varying characteristics throughout the WPL 2024 matches. The pitch chosen for the Eliminator remains uncertain, which adds to the intrigue.

MI's campaign has been led admirably by their captain, Harmanpreet Kaur, who has been their top performer with the bat, amassing 235 runs in 6 innings at an impressive average and strike rate. Shabnim Ismail has also been a standout with her bowling, notably clocking the fastest delivery ever recorded in women's cricket. MI anticipates the return of opener Yastika Bhatia, who was absent in their recent loss to RCB. Additionally, players like Amelia Kerr and Nat Sciver-Brunt are crucial for their all-round contributions.
