Honor 200 5G Series Launch In India: Price, Features, And Specifications Revealed

India is all set to witness the launch of the much-anticipated Honor 200 5G series. The company is gearing up to introduce two new smartphones soon. The CEO Madhav Sheth and joint MD CP Khandelwal have hinted at the launch of these new phones on X (formerly known as Twitter). Sheth teased the phone's camera module, suggesting that the handset could come with AI features.

Making Their Debut in India

According to a video posted by Honor executives, the new device may bring AI features like multimodal text and image generation. The video showcased several terms and technologies, including co-pilot, GPT, DALL-E, Gemini, Imagen 2, and Lama 2. Honor 200 Specifications

The Honor 200 boasts impressive specifications. It features a 6.7-inch FHD+ curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 4,000 nits. Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, paired with the MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14. The device is backed by a 5,200mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging. Camera enthusiasts will be thrilled with its 50MP OIS primary camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, 50MP portrait camera, and a 50MP front-facing selfie camera.

Honor 200 Pro Specifications

On the other hand, the Honor 200 Pro ups the ante with a slightly larger 6.78-inch FHD+ curved OLED display, again 120Hz but with peak brightness of 4,000 nits. It runs on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, featuring the same MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14. The battery remains the same at 5,200mAh, but with the addition of 100W wired and 66W wireless charging support. The camera specs follow suit with a 50MP OIS primary camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, 50MP portrait camera, and a 50MP front-facing selfie camera.

Honor 200 and 200 Pro Pricing

In China, the Honor 200 is priced at 2,699 Yuan, approximately Rs 31,000. The 200 Pro is available at 3,499 Yuan, roughly around Rs 40,200. Based on these prices, it is speculated that the devices might be priced between Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 in India. Additionally, the company has teased the launch of Magic 6 Pro in India as well, hinting at a packed slate of new offerings for Indian consumers.
