The collaboration with Google's Riafy technologies has equipped 6Eskai to function as a versatile digital travel assistant. In addition to booking flight tickets, it handles check-ins, addresses boarding pass inquiries, and provides information on various travel and flight-related questions.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to book a flight using 6Eskai:

1. Start by sending a WhatsApp message to +91 7065145858 with the text 'Hi There'.
2. The chatbot, 6Eskai, will introduce itself and present several options, including booking flight tickets, web check-in, boarding pass, and flight status.
3. Choose the 'Book flight tickets' option.
4. 6Eskai will prompt you to provide details such as your origin city, destination city, and travel dates.
5. After providing these details, 6Eskai will display available flight options for you to choose from.
6. Select a suitable flight option.
7. Proceed to make an online payment to confirm your booking.
8. Once the payment is complete, your booking is done.
