Kanpur News: Crowd Thrashes Eve-Teaser With Slippers, Viral Video Sparks Debate Online

In a video circulating on social media, a crowd was seen thrashing a man with slippers for allegedly harassing a woman in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur. The viral footage shows two women beating the eve-teaser with slippers while people tried to intervene.

According to reports, this incident happened near Kakadeo police station, however, the exact date of the incident could not be confirmed. After being shared online, the post went viral soon, garnering mixed reactions from social media users.

One user remarked, "Is it okay for a man to be beaten based on accusations of eve-teasing?"
