The child victim also filed a complaint against his mother with the Child Protection Commission.

Following the orders of the CWC, the Surajkund police station registered a case of cruelty against the child's mother. After the case was registered, the woman took her son and went to her mother's place. The child has now provided his statement to the CWC, alleging that his father is addicted to drugs.
