It began with a blunt statement: "It was not AT ALL PLEASURABLE for me to work with you," with certain phrases emphasized. The employee expressed their reluctance to leave on bad terms but blamed the manager's dictatorial behavior for their decision, likening it to 'HITLER’s RACE' and prompting them to share their grievances.

The employee detailed multiple instances where they were unfairly accused of provoking others and recounted numerous occasions of mistreatment during their notice period. These included being pressured to stay after team meetings and intentionally isolated during lunch and other interactions.
