Wealthy individuals often do outrageous things to show off their riches. Recently, an old video of a Russian entrepreneur's girlfriend walking on bundles of cash has resurfaced on social media, sparking a heated debate. Online users widely condemned the video, calling the act "disgusting."

Russian entrepreneur and social media personality Sergei Kosenko, also known as Mr. Thank You, shared the video on Instagram. In the video, he laid out a carpet of cash for his girlfriend's grand entrance. The clip shows his girlfriend stepping out of a helicopter and walking on the cash while holding his hand. The video's caption included three love emojis.

Many users expressed disgust at using banknotes as a carpet, while others criticized the couple for their "ugly display of wealth." Some even suggested that the currency notes were fake.

One user wrote, "Being extremely wealthy doesn't justify wasting money like this. Instead, you could help hundreds of families and feed thousands of hungry people."

Another user commented, "It's a shame to insult money like this." A third user added, "It's disgraceful to treat money this way."

Sergei Kosenko describes himself as a "Creator, Singer, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist" on Instagram, where he has 43 million followers. He often shares posts about his relationship with his girlfriend, his business ventures, and his travel adventures.

The influencer is familiar with controversies and has faced backlash for his stunt videos. In 2021, he got into trouble for tying his girlfriend to the roof of a Bentley for a video. That same year, he was expelled from Bali for hosting a party that violated COVID-19 rules, according to the Moscow Times.
