The city is renowned for its hustling culture, which is demonstrated by the numerous images and films that show people working from a variety of strange locations. Discussions about extended work hours and work-life balance have also been sparked by these posts. 

An X user recently posted a photo of a woman using her laptop to attend a company meeting while looking for shoes. The image shows a woman at a shoe store, looking at sandals and slippers while holding a laptop. 

Karthik Bhaskara tweeted, "Today in ⁦@peakbengaluru, I saw a person shoe shopping while attending a team meeting on her laptop."

The internet is split on the viral photo. Some people found it funny and made jokes about it, while others emphasized the detrimental effects of this kind of culture and referred to it as a "sad state of affairs." 

A user said, "Both the meeting and the shoe shopping could have been done over the phone."

Another person said, "Companies are asking workers to return to the office and eliminate WFH policies because of this woman." Attending a meeting without fully participating is just as bad as not showing up at all, which is the issue.
