They seized it for destruction, claiming it was an animal product that could harm the environment in New Zealand. The woman handling the situation was kind and didn't judge me.'
'LA airport security insisted that we were importing food from outside the US,' someone revealed. They emptied our large suitcase while keeping us waiting for two hours.
