Blinkit, the 10-minute grocery delivery service, mistakenly delivered "random" bank statements instead of the printouts ordered by a user on X. The user also stated that customer support refused to refund or replace the order. Blinkit launched printing services in selected areas of Delhi-NCR in August 2022.

Sushanti Kerani, a user on X, tagged Blinkit and reported that she ordered printouts from @letsblinkit but received bank statements belonging to a random person instead.

She explained that her order had missing pages and customer support refused to refund or replace it. She couldn't place a new order and had to return someone else's document that was sent to her by mistake. She expressed her frustration, saying she was too tired to deal with the situation as it was almost her bedtime.

Further, the lady mentioned that they informed her they couldn't reinitiate the order because documents are 'deleted' once delivered. She noted that a similar incident occurred before, where some pages were missing from her order, and they promptly reordered it. She questioned whether they never actually deleted their documents or if there was another issue at play.

Blinkit responded to the post, expressing genuine apologies for the user's experience. They requested the user to send the registered mobile number or order ID via DM, promising to investigate the matter. Blinkit emphasized its commitment to ensuring a positive experience for the user.

The user's post went viral, leading others to share similar complaints about Blinkit's printing service.

One user shared that a similar incident occurred to them a few months ago, where they received someone else's pregnancy report.

Consequently, they decided to purchase a printer for themselves the next day. Another user suggested that the staff at the store accidentally interchanged the pages, leading to a compromise of privacy.
