Replying to the Iran’s threat, Israel's defence minister Yoav Gallant on Sunday said that they are capable of handling any scenario following the Islamic nation threatened to retaliate for the killing of its generals on April 1.

An Iranian official cautioned about the safety of Israeli embassies, suggesting they were at risk. Concurrently, a semi-official news agency depicted weapons allegedly capable of targeting Israel.

Israeli Defence Minister office issued statements regarding preparedness following an "operational situation assessment" with senior military officers. Gallant stressed the completion of defence establishment preparations for potential responses to any Iran-related situation.

Iran has issued threats of retaliation for a suspected Israeli strike in Damascus, which resulted in the deaths of seven Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps members, including a senior commander. Yahya Rahim Safavi, a senior adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader, asserted on Sunday that Israel's embassies were no longer safe. He declared Tehran's view of confrontation with Israel as a "legitimate and legal right."

Meanwhile, Islamic nation’s semi-official news agency stated that nine different types of Iranian missiles allegedly capable of targeting Israel. Despite Israel's lack of official confirmation regarding involvement in the Damascus strike, its leaders have hinted at broader operations against Iran. Iran supports militant groups like Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon, both of which have engaged in conflict with Israel for the past six months.

The United States is on heightened alert, preparing for potential Iranian attacks targeting Israeli or American assets in the region. Additionally, Israel, Argentine, and U.S. authorities have accused Iran of orchestrating the deadly 1994 bombing of a Jewish center in Argentina's capital. The attack claimed the lives of 85 people, although Tehran has denied any involvement in the incident.
