Adah Sharma Embrace Sushant Singh Rajput's Bandra Apartment As New Home, Citing Sensitivity To Vibes

There has been a lot of speculation over the past few months about Adah Sharma moving into the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's residence in Mumbai. Recently, she addressed these rumors and confirmed that she moved into the apartment four months ago. Adah said she now feels completely at home in her new environment.

In an interview with Bombay Times, Adah explained her decision, stating that some people tried to dissuade her from moving into the Bandra property. She mentioned, 'I moved into an apartment (Mont Blanc Apartments, Bandra) four months ago but was busy promoting my projects, including Bastar and the OTT release of The Kerala Story. After that, I spent some time at an elephant sanctuary in Mathura. I just got some time off recently and I'm finally back home.'

Adah continued, 'I have lived in the same house in Pali Hill (Bandra) all my life, and this is the first time I have moved. I am sensitive to emotions, and this place gives me positive ones. Trees surrounded our homes in Kerala and Mumbai, and we fed birds and squirrels. So, I wanted a home with a view and plenty of space to feed the birds.'

She added that she never doubted her decision and followed her intuition rather than listening to others' opinions. Adah rented the apartment for five years. Reflecting on her career, Adah mentioned that people tried to dissuade her from debuting in the horror film 1920 and working on The Kerala Story. However, she trusted her instincts and continued with these projects, just as she did with her new home.

Adah Sharma not only moved into her new home but also modified it to suit her unique taste and lifestyle. She first painted the entire apartment white, giving it a fresh and calm feel. Reports indicate that she converted the lower floor into a peaceful mandir. On the upper floor, one room became a music room, another a dance studio, and the terrace was transformed into a green garden sanctuary.

Adah and her mother have adopted a minimalist lifestyle, which is evident in their choice of minimal furniture. Reports indicate that their simplicity is reflected in their preference to sleep and eat on the floor.

In August 2023, it was reported that Adah had purchased the White Mountain Residences. This was later confirmed by a report from TellyChakkar citing Adah's team. The apartment, which Sushant Singh Rajput rented in December 2019 for ₹4.5 lakh per month, is a two-story unit with an area of more than 3600 sq. ft. It features a spacious hall on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the upper level, making it the perfect canvas for Adah's creative transformation.
