Who Is Dhruvi Patel? Indian Origin Techie Crowned ‘Miss India Worldwide 2024’
Dhruvi Patel, an Indian origin girl proved the phrase ‘Beauty with Brains’ by winning the title of Miss India Worldwide 2024 in Edison, New Jersey.
Miss India Worldwide 2024 is not her first title, her pageantry journey also includes the crown of ‘Miss India New England 2023’.
Personal life
24-year-old Dhruvi is a Computer Information System student from the USA. She is of Gujarati descent and lives in Hamden, Connecticut of US with her family. She has three siblings- two sisters, Bhumika and Dhristi, and one brother, Darsh Patel. She is pursuing degree in Computer Information System from Quinnipiac University.
Charity And Pageantry
Along with her studies, she actively participates in pageantry competition. She is also a dedicated philanthropist running home-based non-profit organisation called 3D Charities along with her siblings. Despite living in USA her charitable works run in Vadodara, Gujarat also. She has joined various fundraising initiatives for social causes. She has contributed to causes like Feeding America and UNICEF. She carries various donation works.
Love For Her Heritage
Dhruvi honours her roots and values the heritage she is born into. “Winning Miss India Worldwide is such an incredible honour. It's more than a crown - it represents my heritage, my values, and the opportunity to inspire others on a global scale”, said Dhruvi after her crowning.
She believes that no matter of the differences or anything, being yourself is the best thing you can do for yourself.
She has over 19.4k followers in Instagram. She aspires to be an actor and UNICEF ambassador.
She was also present at PM Narendra Modi’s address in New York. She called it an incredible experience. “As you can see, there is so much energy in this stadium. It is absolutely incredible. It's so contagious. Everyone has so much passion for Bharat. It is absolutely insane. It just feels so surreal being surrounded by so many Indian people that are so passionate about their own country. Even though they're living in America, they're still so passionate. It truly is amazing”, she told ANI.
